We’ve organized five workshops to encourage Seniors to start identifying those strategies and tools that will work for you after graduation. Each workshop lasts 90 minutes, dinner will be provided, and, due to the limited space, registration is required for all five. Complete the form on our Questions? page to indicate other topics that you would like to see.

Year One 101: Talking about Transition February 20th, 6:30-8:00pm

In this workshop you will learn tools and strategies for taking care of your mental health post-college, how to find counselors and other resources in the “real world,” and talk about the challenges and importance of self-care as an adult. Participants will also be led in a discussion about how to find your people after moving to a new place.
